I checked a bit thoroughly, and found out that if you disable the folder protection option FIRST, and then disable the other options as well, relaunch the game and log in, the folder is created automatically. Nothing I found online worked for me, and then I noticed windows defender poping up a message every time I opened the launcher, I have tried to disable it before, but nothing changed. Here is my path, note I have My Documents on a different drive than the game is installed on d:My DocumentsElder Scrolls OnlineliveAddOns Anyway, you do this in Options, not the Gears, but the Word Options on the Main Screen of Minion.
Addons are stored in a My Documents Directory, not the game path. Since you put the game on the HDD, I suggest attempting to place your addons in the same path as above but on your HDD. Documents Elder Scrolls Online live addons -maybe this is on your SSD drive, where you most likely have your OS.
